Our Mission

The Australian Theatre Festival NYC celebratES AND SHOWCASES Australian stories and artists in New York City.

We aim to -

• Create opportunities for an exchange of culture,

• Cultivate the development of Australian artists and their work,

• Connect Australians living in New York.

The Australian Theatre Festival NYC works year round to showcase Australian stories and artists in NYC. Each year they produce a week-long Australian performing arts festival, a New Play Award and a Fundraising Gala. Since 2020, ATF NYC has employed hundreds of Australian artists in New York and is the only festival presenting Australian performing arts in the United States.
