AUSTRALIAN THEATRE FESTIVAL NYC

SEASON 2027 OPEN SUBMISSIONS

Submissions are now open for our curated 2027 festival in New York City!

The Australian Theatre Festival NYC is dedicated to showcasing Australian artists and their stories. We are committed to presenting the best contemporary performing arts Australia has to offer. We showcase Australian actors, singers, writers, directors, designers & producers to New York City audiences. We love presenting big and bold works that both entertain and challenge our audiences; works that create conversations, make us laugh and cry and show us what it means to be Australian.

In 2027, we are looking to select two fully staged Australian plays or musicals to perform at Theatre Row and one cabaret/musical to perform at The Green Room 42.

Looking for a platform in NYC that showcases the best of Aussie theatre? This is it.
